Boot Camp Schedule
Mark your calendar! Two Rivers Native American Training
Center is pleased to announce the SWAT Boot Camp dates for 2010 are:
June 7-25. Week 2 and 3 are optional, however it is
recommended that you first attend the 1st and 2nd
week in one setting if your schedule allows. Those who have graduated
(having attended weeks 1 and 2) are eligible to attend the 3rd
week.
Space is limited, we are receiving enrollments now.

Strategic Warriors at Training (SWAT) BootCamp Training Brochure and
Application Form *
(Please click on the PDF icon and print the form, complete it, and sign it)

Enrollment fee of $25.00
(non-refundable) and $100 deposit (refundable if made prior to 2 weeks
before the start date of Boot Camp.)
Each class must have a minimum of 10 enrolled
students.

Each piece of paper
should have your name written on it in the event something gets
separated from your file.

A minister's (or other spiritual leadership covering) Letter of
Recommendation .
